The RightPath behavioral assessment includes Path4 and Path6—two independent but correlated tools that cross-validate each other to give leaders and organizations a richer lens through which to understand and develop their people.

RightPath Profiles

Explore the 16 RightPath Profiles

Unlike other personality assessment profiles, there are 16 blended profiles in the RightPath, each representing common behavioral patterns based on different combinations of the four core factors. The more closely an individual's scores align with a blended profile, the more accurately that profile will describe their typical behavior.

Always ready to lead with vision and ideas, Directors quickly see the big picture and help teams move toward achieving common goals.

Natural leaders, the Driver takes charge and delegates well. They will take action to achieve results.

Thrives in situations that need results and focuses on challenges. Strategic Thinkers are great at achieving their goals.
