Immediate Access

Upon successful purchase, customers will receive immediate access to the assessments and online learning programs. Access details are provided via a confirmation email, which includes a secure link to log in to our assessments or learning management system. Customers purchasing In-Person certification training will receive a confirmation email.

Accessing Purchased Programs

Duration of Access: Customers have access to purchased assessments and courses for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

Platform Availability: Our assessment and learning platform is accessible 24/7 via any internet-connected device, ensuring you can complete the assessments or learn at your own pace and convenience.

Updates and Upgrades

Course Updates: Occasionally, courses are updated to ensure up-to-date information and resources. All customers with active access will receive these updates free of charge.

Upgrades:If an upgraded version of a course or assessment becomes available, returning customers may be eligible for an upgrade discount. Please contact our support for more details.

Refund Policy

We are committed to the satisfaction of our customers. Assessments are considered non-refundable after completion. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of our learning programs, please email contact@RightPath.com. For those that have completed the course, including all assignment and submitted the corresponding assignments within 12 months of purchase for review will be eligible for a refund with after a consultation with a member of management.

Cancellation Policy

We are committed to the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you have decided to cancel your purchase prior to starting any assessment or program, please email contact@RightPath.com for a refund.
