team1Jerry Mabe, President and CEO

Jerry possesses a unique blend of leadership experience as a Fortune 500/1000 executive, corporate officer and successful entrepreneur.  His vision and calling for leading individuals and organizations is to “align people, passions and positions to achieve maximum performance.”

For over 16 years, Jerry worked as a senior executive in Fortune 500 and 1000 companies before stepping out as an entrepreneur to form A One Service Personnel.  This Atlanta-based, full-service staffing company grew into a three branch operation, providing jobs to over 3,000 people per year before being acquired in 1995 by Select Appointments, PLC – an international staffing consortium based in London, England.  A One Service Personnel used assessments extensively in its services which led Jerry to establish RightPath after the acquisition.  (Read more about the development of RightPath tools in History and Mission.)

Jerry serves as a senior executive consultant, session facilitator, coach and keynote speaker.  A native of Winston-Salem, NC, Jerry graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S. degree in Industrial Relations with a focus in psychology.  He is an avid Tar Heel fan.

He released his book Develop You, Develop Your Team…on the RightPath in 2012 and is currently writing his second book entitled The Five Dimensional Leader.

 

team2Peter Beck, Chief Learning Officer

Peter Beck is the Chief Learning Officer and serves as a trainer, facilitator and curriculum designer.  He has extensive international experience in leadership development, multi-cultural teaming and coaching. Peter lived in Guatemala, Colombia and Peru for a total of 7 years and traveled to over 50 countries around the world in his role as an organizational development consultant.

He received his Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and International Development from Wheaton College and completed his Masters in Leadership from Trinity Western University. In addition, Peter earned a graduate certificate in Distance Education from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He is on the faculty of the Professional Christian Coaching Institute and is a guest lecturer in the MBA Scheller School of Business at Georgia Tech.

Jennifer Radak, Chief Technical Officer

Jennifer Radak is Chief Technical Officer at RightPath Resources. She is responsible for coordinating the accounting, finances and cash flow of the company. She came to RightPath in 2006 with an extensive background in both financial and retail systems.  In addition to financial responsibilities, Jennifer heads the IT department and pays meticulous attention to all client issues.

Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from The Ohio State University. Prior to working at RightPath Resources, she worked for 7 years as a System Engineer for Electronic Data Systems (EDS).  She also gained 10 years of retail and financial systems knowledge working as a Business Systems Analyst for multiple national retailers. An active community member, she enjoys volunteering with her local PTA.

Crystal Roberts, Vice President of Client Development

Crystal Roberts is the Vice President of Client Development at RightPath Resources. She has over 20 years of account management and sales experience. Crystal uses her extensive experience and knowledge to provide RightPath’s prospects and clients with excellent customer service and customized solutions. Crystal enjoys helping new clients identify the RightPath tools and solutions best suited for their needs and seeing clients experience substantial leadership and organizational growth.

Crystal is a native of Atlanta and resides in Cumming, GA with her husband, Leon. They have five children attending middle and high school. Crystal and her family enjoy family day trips, beach vacations, mountain get-a-ways and, during the spring and fall, recreational baseball and softball.

 

team6Lisa Buurman, Vice President of Client Services 

Lisa Buurman is the Vice President of Client Services. She has been an instrumental part of the RightPath team since April 2013 providing excellent client support and satisfaction. She oversees Client Services, product training and RightPath technical support. Lisa has over a decade of client services experience providing exceptional support.

Lisa resides in Alpharetta with her husband, and they have two sons that are both in college. She and her family are very involved at their church in Cumming. Family time is most valuable to her, and she especially loves being at the beach.

 

 

 

team4Wanda Patrick, Vice President of Administration 

Wanda Patrick is the Vice President of Administration for RightPath Resources and serves as the Executive Assistant to Jerry Mabe.  She has over 25 years of administrative and leadership experience in banking, accounting, advertising and non-profit arenas.  Wanda uses her strong written, relational and organizational skills to provide professional client services, coordinate training sessions and calendars and to assist in writing and editing RightPath materials.

Wanda is a “military brat” whose father’s career moves required constant transition – living in 11 states and countries before graduating from high school and settling down in Atlanta.  She studied Business Administration with a focus on accounting at Mercer University.  She and her husband, Dack, are empty-nesters living in Peachtree Corners.  Wanda’s favorite activities include oil painting, writing, scuba diving, snow skiing and traveling.
