  • What is a Five Dimensional Leader?

    A Five Dimensional Leader is skilled in the basics – the fundamentals of leadership effectiveness from our vantage point. They have an in-depth understanding of both the results side and the relationship side of leadership. They are building confidence and competence in the critical skills within the Five Dimensional Leadership™ model.

  • How much time should I expect to put into the course each week?

    We have designed the modules to be as manageable of a courseload as possible. Keeping in mind that some participants will, no doubt, be experiencing a heavy workload at the same time. You can expect to put in 1-4 hours each week on the course material, and, roughly, 2 hours each week in the live group learning sessions. While growth requires sacrifice and commitment, we strive to respect your ongoing commitments and balance sacrifice with lifestyle.

  • When can I access the course?

    The exclusive Five Dimensional Leadership Course is ran once or twice a year. Each ‘live’ cohort is accessible on the course start date. The next Live cohort will begin January 19, 2024. Registered individuals can access the course on that date. Until then, a Prep course is accessible to provide all the necessary information on the student dashboard.

  • How can I register several people for the course?

    If you are a Leader responsible for the growth of several (or many) leaders within your organization and would like to register multiple people at once, click the Group Registration button and fill in the contact form. We will reach out and schedule a time to learn more about your developmental needs. Group discounts are available.

  • What if I can't afford it?

    We aim to support every leader who wants to better themselves and grow. We offer payment plans to space out the payments over a 3 month period (click the payment options button).
