At the end of the day, leaders are paid to produce. As a leader, you need to get things done with and through others. The Produces Results module walks leaders through the fundamentals of executing with excellence and delivering sustainable results. Operational understanding, goal setting, priority setting, communicating expectations, and the steps to create a positive accountability culture are components of this 3-week focus.
Emotional Intelligence What is it like to work with you?
And how can leaders learn to navigate difficult situations and people?
Emotional intelligence is widely recognized as an invaluable skill in the workplace and (luckily) one that can be developed continuously. Growing from self-awareness to self-management. From being others-aware to being adept at managing relational interactions. This section of the program is vital to elevating your leadership effectiveness through managing your own emotions and appropriately responding to the emotions of others.
Relationships How connected are you?
IIt’s not enough to produce. Great leaders also know how to play well with others. Deeply connected to Emotional Intelligence, the Grows Relationships section focuses on the unique components of connecting with and leading others. As leaders, we must learn to lead people without overusing our title. Discretionary effort can never be demanded – only unlocked through influence.
Trust Are you someone whom others trust?
Trust is the currency of leadership – without it you’re bankrupt! In this section of the program, we will discuss the components of trust, practical ways to build your trust bank account, best practices to guard and maintain the hard-earned trust built, and, lastly, how to repair it when you mess up – and we ALL mess up!
Development How well do you develop others?
Leadership is about getting results both today AND in the future. Today’s results are about setting the workforce up for success and developing their competence as soon as possible. The future is all about helping others grow to their potential, developing the next generation of leaders, and setting the tone for an inspired culture. This critical skill of Developing Others around you deeply impacts how easily we produce results, what it feels like to work in your team, and your team’s ability to navigate the realities of today and tomorrow.

A Five Dimensional Leader is skilled in the basics – the fundamentals of leadership effectiveness from our vantage point. They have an in-depth understanding of both the results side and the relationship side of leadership. They are building confidence and competence in the critical skills within the Five Dimensional Leadership™ model.
We have designed the modules to be as manageable of a courseload as possible. Keeping in mind that some participants will, no doubt, be experiencing a heavy workload at the same time. You can expect to put in 1-4 hours each week on the course material, and, roughly, 2 hours each week in the live group learning sessions. While growth requires sacrifice and commitment, we strive to respect your ongoing commitments and balance sacrifice with lifestyle.
The exclusive Five Dimensional Leadership Course is ran once or twice a year. Each ‘live’ cohort is accessible on the course start date. The next Live cohort will begin January 19, 2024. Registered individuals can access the course on that date. Until then, a Prep course is accessible to provide all the necessary information on the student dashboard.
