Jerry Mabe
President and CEO

Jerry Mabe is President/CEO and co-founder of RightPath Resources, Inc. His vision for leadership and talent development incorporates the use of innovative web-based tools for selection, development and retention. RightPath management solutions utilize a proprietary software-based system of behavioral profile, career development, Leadership 360º and EQ assessments along with consulting services in hiring, teambuilding, career development, leadership development and assessment, succession planning and executive coaching.

Jerry brings a unique blend of his own diverse personal experience as a Fortune 500/1000 executive and a successful entrepreneur along with a passion for life purpose and calling to his work with clients.

Jerry serves as a senior executive consultant as well as being a keynote and conference speaker at various trade and professional associations around the U.S. His personal work areas (and speaking topics) include using behavior and assessments in executive coaching, leadership, EQ (Emotional Intelligence), team building, career development, benchmarking, succession planning and selection.

Previously, he was co-owner and senior vice president of A One Service Personnel for 10 years. (This company was acquired in 1995 by Select Appointments, PLC, an international staffing consortium headquartered in London, England.) Prior to its acquisition, this Atlanta based full-service staffing company had grown into a three-branch operation, including an accounting specialty division, providing jobs to over 3000 people per year. Services included retained searches, placements, out-source project management, testing and assessments, temp-to-hire, and temporary placements. A One Service Personnel used profiles extensively in its placement services.

Before the staffing venture, Jerry built over 16 years executive experience in various corporate officer and executive management, marketing, and sales positions in both Fortune 500 and 1000 companies.

Jerry is a Tar Heel native of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B. S. degree in Industrial Relations.

He resides in Atlanta with his wife, the former Penny Gaultney, and their two children, Micah, age 17 and Joy, age 15. They are members of Perimeter Church, where Jerry serves as an Elder. He and Penny serve as directors of their First Harvest Foundation and are also members of the North Georgia Emmaus Community.

Jerry’s favorite activities center around family time at their cabin at Lake Chatuge, North Carolina, jet skiing, reading, wine collecting and Tar Heel basketball.


Julie L. McCracken
Senior Vice President of Client Development

Julie is a Partner with RightPath Resources Inc. and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Client Development. She joined the team in 2007 after twenty plus years in Sales and Leadership in the Fortune 500 arena. Julie’s background in financial and investment banking brings diverse experience in market expansion and client relations.

With RightPath, Julie partners with Fortune 500 and other fast growing companies and not-for-profits to bring leadership and talent development to their most valuable asset – their people. Julie’s experience and expertise in the creation and development of strong relationships is used to blend behavior with business strategies for all markets including the wealth market which is her sweet spot.

Julie’s experience as both a corporate officer and entrepreneur give her a diverse background from which she uses in her coaching and consulting with those individuals and organizations in transition and looking to move forward.

Her work with financial leaders across the country has strengthened her ability to work with consultants and financial advisors in their efforts to deepen relationships by helping them determine investment behavior unique to each client so they can integrate those into their investment strategies. She believes that a focus on development of human capital and an understanding of one’s client and trigger points is the differentiator in a successful long-term client/advisor relationship.

Julie is a native of Charlotte, NC, and an avid Tarheel both by birth and choice. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and is a member of the International Coaches Federation, Georgia Coaches Association, Human Capital Institute, American Society of Training and Development, Society of Human Resource Managers, and participated in the first Atlanta Nonprofit Leadership Coaching Learning Circle.

Mother to seven beautiful and talented children and wife to A. Michael McCracken, Founder and Vice Chairman of Tatum LLC, Julie’s interests revolve around her passion to develop those that want to get to the next level. This is seen not only in her professional career, but also among family and friends. Whether it involves individuals, teams or corporations, Julie has a special interest in young leaders, creating awareness in emotional intelligence and helping prepare those that want to excel in their leadership, developing the soft skills that left unattended could get in the way of aspiring careers.


Sheri McHugh
Vice President of Training and Coaching

Sheri McHugh serves as a Partner and Vice President of Training and Coaching with RightPath Resources. Her passion, experience, and coaching credentials make her a popular choice as a facilitator, trainer, and coach for RightPath clients.

Sheri oversees RightPath® Leadership, Team, and Career sessions where her facilitation style, energy and commitment to developing others is contagious. She builds excellent client relationships and earns high accolades from session participants.

Previous work with industry experts such as best selling authors and speakers, Dr. John C. Maxwell, Bruce Wilkinson and Todd Duncan gives her a broad foundation in developing leaders. She also spent 13 years with Publix Supermarkets working in Training and Development. She couples her experience and passion as she helps companies engage in leadership and talent development from the top down. This approach allows for strong leadership culture to grow and thrive in organizations.

Sheri has a unique understanding of the process for building productive, cohesive teams. She also was fundamental in the development and deployment of RightPath® The Leader As Coach program where she helps leaders consider not just teamwork but also the importance of developing their own leadership skill set, creating accountability structures, fostering healthy relationships, and development of each team member.

Sheri is a central Florida native and business school graduate of the University of Central Florida. She currently resides in Cumming GA, where she is an active member and leader at North Point Community Church, and has been facilitating small groups for over 10 years.


Terri Hintz
Vice President, Client Services

Terri Hintz serves as the Vice President of Client Services and is proud to be a RightPath Partner. She brings to the RigthPath team a focus on developing easy-to-use, easy-to-understand, client-focused products and solutions.

Since graduating from the University of Alberta, in Edmonton (Canada) she has gained over twenty years’ experience in Product Management, Product Development and Client Relations arenas. As part of a core team in a Fortune 100 telecommunications firm she helped bring new wireless technology to market overseas and in the United States. She also spent a season as co-owner and operations manager for a small family-owned company while also serving as Managing Editor for the publications department of a large denominational mission agency.

Whether training a new client on how to use the RightPath database, addressing customer needs by phone or in person, or mapping out development paths with RightPath engineers, Terri brings a practical, logical, customer-oriented approach to all she does. Since joining RightPath, Terri has also discovered a passion for helping youth discover their own unique academic, career and life path based on their talents, abilities and passions.

Born in California, raised in Canada and arriving in Atlanta via New Zealand, Terri calls herself a traveler rather than a tourist. She enjoys writing and shares her real life musings through a weekly column in a local Gwinnett County newspaper. She and her two children love their Suwanee home and spend their free time at the soccer field, running the greenway, and serving at their church, The Bridge.


Jennifer Radak
Client Services Manager

In her role as Client Services Manager of RightPath Resources, Jennifer is responsible for coordinating the accounting, finances and cash flow of the company. She came to RightPath in 2006 with an extensive background in both financial and retail systems. In addition to financial responsibilities, Jennifer provides quality phone support and meticulous attention to all client issues.

Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from The Ohio State University. Prior to working at RightPath Resources, she worked for 7 years as a System Engineer for Electronic Data Systems (EDS). She also gained 10 years of retail and financial systems knowledge working as a Business Systems Analyst for multiple national retailers.

An active community member, she enjoys volunteering with her local school PTA. Jennifer resides in Alpharetta with her husband of 19 years and their two children.


Penny G. Mabe
Chief Operations Officer - RightPath International and Entrepreneurial Leadership/Development

Since the inception of RightPath, the company has had a vision for international and entrepreneurial development. Penny G. Mabe is proud to lead this initiative as a RightPath Partner and COO.

Penny has an extensive corporate background that is both local and international in nature. She worked as an executive at one of the largest staffing firms in the world before her expertise in the staffing industry and vision for success led her to start A One Service Personnel. This company quickly became an operation to be admired in the Southeast with multiple locations and a sizable client base. A One Service Personnel specialized in staffing for the financial services industry and was later acquired by an international staffing consortium in the United Kingdom.
